Plot

Kaddipudi is about a man's struggles after bidding goodbye to underworld. His fights, constant threats of being killed by his ex-rivals and how he tries to survive in the bad world of rowdyism.

Shivaraj Kumar plays the role of Kaddipudi aka Anand. His friends and underworld call him by the second name. He accidentally enters underworld and rules it for sometime. But suddenly, on a fine day, an incident makes him to bid goodbye to the underworld. The next phase is the most difficult part as his enemies are trying to gun him down. Kaddipudi has three options, according to the cop played by Ananth Nag: He could enter politics, or open his own newspaper or leave the place forever to survive from being killed. But Kaddipudi decides to be in his own place as he wants to lead a normal life. He marries Uma (Radhika Pandit).
