Shipping & Returns

Zune Kart gladly ships all orders within India. No shipping charges will be applied for orders above 299. A shipping charge of 50 will be applicable to all orders under 299.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Return Policy

We will accept returns of products within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. If you find any product damaged after opening, we will replace them without any extra charges. Please report damages within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. NO Refunds will be made but we will ship an item with the same title.

All items we sell are original and in brand-new sealed condition. So it is highly unlikely that there will be any kind of issues. But still if an item purchased is found to be defective, please contact us with details of the problem within 7 days of receiving the item.

Cancellation

It will not be possible to cancel an order once your order is shipped. If you think you need to modify an order you have just placed, please be as quick as you can in contacting us.
